We understand how overwhelming the idea of planning your entire wedding by yourself is. Finding venues, interviewing professional wedding vendors, determining a budget, designing the overall aesthetic... planning takes a lot of time and energy.

Time = money, and your time is precious. We’ve spent the last few years building solid relationships with our vendors while you focus on what matters- your future with your beloved. Let us take care of the big plans, tiny details and everything in between. We'll be the primary liaison between you and your vendor team. We will work with them to create a cohesive and unique vision within your budget for your special day.

Full Planning Includes:

  • Budget determination

  • Discussion of wedding design

  • Research wedding professionals

  • Attendance at vendor appointments

  • In person consultation time

  • Development of detailed wedding timeline

  • Ceremony rehearsal supervision

  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception.

Examples:

-Schedule a day to meet with 3 different florists to see who is the best fit for your needs

-Meet on a Friday night for dinner to explain venue contract with room requirements and food and budget minimums

Did you dream of planning your perfect wedding day and it turned into a complete nightmare? Or was planning, working, and have time for date night with the fiance not all fitting into your agenda? We completely understand. Our partial planning package can pick up all of the pieces right where you left off. You'll get wedding vendor recommendations, phone consultations and the resources to tie everything together for your wedding day.

Partial Planning Includes:

  • Attendance at vendor appointments

  • In person consultation time

  • Development of detailed wedding timeline

  • Consultations via telephone/email

  • Visitation to both ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding

  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception.

    • Confirm arrival of vendors & direct to proper location

    • Supervise & confirm correct setup of ceremony and reception rental needs– bar, reception tables,

    • Deliver and arrange photos, props, place cards, toasting flutes, favors, ceremony programs,

    • Deliver tips to vendors

    • Queue toasts, speeches and dances

    • Collect any personal items you have brought at conclusion of the reception

Do you have the researching, negotiating, contracting all under control and now you want to make sure the day of your wedding runs smoothly? We've got you covered so you can fully enjoy every moment of your wedding day.

Our Monthly Coordination package gives you the hands on satisfaction of planning your wedding. Then you can confidently and comfortably pass all of your hard work over to us. Don't worry, we will learn every last detail of your special day so we can successfully carry out your vision. At least two months before your wedding, we'll be in contact to familiarize ourselves with your plans and create a timeline with our exclusive planning applications, confirming contracted professional wedding vendor agreements and guiding your wedding party through the events of the day.
